Whitley Parish Council Meeting Minutes

During every meeting, it is the responsibility of the Parish Clerk to make an official record of all the topics discussed, what decisions were made, what actions need to be taken and the reasons why. These records are known as the meeting minutes and at the start of each meeting the council members review the minutes from the last meeting to ensure they reflect a true and correct record of the meeting. Once everyone has agreed, the Chairman then signs them as a true record.

These minutes are then available as public record and available to anyone, the Parish Council post these minutes in the table below. For those who require minutes not listed, they can be obtained by contacting the Parish Clerk - Keith Leppingwell.
